Beach Treasures : Inspiration Avenue Challenge

There be none of Beauty's daughters with a magic like thee;
And like music on the waters
is thy sweet voice to me.

When, as if its sound were causing
The charmed ocean's pausing,
The waves lie still and gleaming:

And the hill'd winds seem dreaming.
And the midnight moon is weaving
Her bright chain o'er the deep;
Whose breast is gently heaving,
As an infant's asleep:

So the spirit bows before thee
With a full but soft emotion,
Like the swell of summer's ocean. - Lord Byron

  3. Hettienne,

    Your doll and her "underwater" boudoir together are gorgeous. Lots of treasures throughout! Enjoyed the Byron accompaniment, too.

  8. I'm not sure how I missed this, but I am glad there is a weekly recap. This is stunning, rather over the top, and so full of details it isn't funny. I especially like the table legs/feet and the top of the box. Your mermaid is perfect, too with her body bent in a yoga-esque repose. Color me IMPRESSED!
