A Kitch Shrine
We like to make comparisons
using words
such as sacred and profane;
Holy and unjust.
But tell me,
Where is it that She is not?
Where is it that She disappears to
when we forget that Her love
is the canvas of our worldly lives?
I see your love in the glistening paint on the
wall
It reminds me of Your glowing
peace in my heart.
peace in my heart.
I see Your light in the plastic
Discarded on the rubbish heap
Often hidden and forgotten,
our love for Her
our love for Her
keeps her sacred Presence alive
in unexpected places

I like this a lot. Very artistic but spiritual at the same time.
ReplyDeleteLovely shrine!
ReplyDeleteThere is no place where She is not - I wrote that yesterday for my post tomorrow. I don't think She disappears. It is we who shut down our senses to Her. It is the cause of so much sorrow and grief on our beautiful Earth.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful altar to 'Our Lady' and so I agree with you 'She is everywhere' ~ blessings to you ~ (A Creative Harbor) ^_^
